  Stop here for soul food that takes you back. Ordered a few times thru door dash and waited over 44 min for the order. Still delicious!

  I ordered Marie's pick-up catering for my graduation party and it was perfect. The instructions for the pick-up were clear and updated while the UW graduation ceremony was in progress. The food was fresh and delicious (as always). It made for an easy, unique celebration with minimal clean-up and people excited for left-overs. Thank you!

  It’d be awesome if they could get like two tables outside in the future. The women taking orders were so nice and gave great recommendations. Highlights were the fried chicken and banana pudding!! So yum. Also the corn muffin. Really a great deal for the price - hope college students take note !

  I found this soul food in Madison when I was missing Texas food. It's always on point and delicious! I live across town on the north side and still travel to Marie's for her amazing cuisine.

  My wife and I made a takeout order for the first time. The fried chicken was very good. I've been looking a long time for good fried chicken around here in Madison. This chicken must have been well brined, and was very moist inside, nearly wet. Quite a change from some of the dried out chicken sold by chains. The pieces of chicken were larger than usual too. Very good and truly excellent by comparison. My wife had the fish and liked that too. Sorry to have waited so long to come here. We'll be back.
