- MBMark Behncke3 days ago5.0This is a relatively new spot that has very solid Cajun inspired chicken. It's a marinated Caiun style with excellent taste, and despite what some may say about major chicken fast food/fast casual, this actually beats many of them. It's actually a better chicken product than Raising Cane's, Chick Fil-A, or even Popeye's enthusiasts. The same goes for people who think KFC is the pinnacle of fast food chicken. This place is attached to a gas station, but don't be fooled by it. I visited it on a whim for the first time and I enjoyed it so much I forgot to take pictures. The biscuits are a little dry, but the chicken is the show. Even if you only try a few pieces or strips I promise you won't be expecting the mildly spicy and excellent flavor. Don't let the location throw you off, it's that solid.
