  1:00 pm lunch on Tuesday May 19th 2026 I work for a company that orders several hundreds of dollars worth of pizza from all 3 locations in the madison area every year. We generally order at least $60 of pizza for delivery 2 times a week the northwest location and the Fitchburg location have always been amazing and accommodating. I have had more than a handful of times I've been rudely mistreated on the phone while ordering from the Atwood location. We are always extremely gracious with delivery driver tips generally $20 for every order today was $29.80 for one pizza for delivery and I felt so mistreated on the phone I drove in picked my pizza up and still tipped the delivery team $20 for purchase. I know this location on Atwood is so busy they probably don't care about me as a single customer anyway but over the years how I've been treated on the phone while ordering like I'm an idiot and the person taking the order is a world renowned brain surgeon. I'm done ordering from this location I'll stick with Fitchburg and the northwest location. Sorry to the delivery drivers at Atwood but the poor customer service while placing orders isn't something I have to deal with. You never know who you are talking to and today just so happened to be the person that tips 80% good luck to the owners hopefully you care enough to give the people answering the phones some advice on how to keep good paying customers instead of talking down to them

  Glass Nickel East is my go to pizza joint. The Boris Karloff pizza is my fave. They have fast delivery right thru their website, don't need a delivery app and they have a generous rewards program.

  Great place to grab a pizza with family or friends, pizza was better than most places. My son got the turkey club and jalapeño poppers, he loved them both. My daughter got the kids cheese pizza and double chocolate cookie, a big hit for both. The rest of us got the garlic bread and a large cardiac arrest pizza, sub mushrooms for sausage, I can honestly say almost the best pizza ever.

  The pizza choices are great, but often the ingredients are not distributed equally at all. This has happened almost every time we order.
