- AAamelia4 days ago1.0I have been a pretty consistent five guys customer, and this was the first time I went to this location and it was an awful experience. It was just teenagers working with no manager. I had a very simple order, just two cheeseburgers with a few toppings and fries… and they didn’t put any of the toppings on either cheeseburgers, just threw on some lettuce and a puddle of mayo. The buns were soggy … and the fries tasted like they had been sitting there for hours, cold and unappetizing. I called this location 3 times, no one answered the first two times and then they started hanging up on me. I would NOT recommend this location Five Guys.
