I sat there for a good 4 minutes and still no one took my order. There was a lady waiting for her order and she said she has been waiting 20 minutes. You all need to do better!!!!

This is by far the slowest Dunkin’ I’ve ever been to. The staff doesn’t greet customers or communicate at all, and everyone seems completely zoned out. Really disappointing experience.
