Freddy was an incredible host. His customer service truly made my day and I will definitely come back! The games at Dave and Busters was also life changing! Definitely a will return.

There's a big deal but you need to know about it before dinner. If order food then try to pay with the dea... they will tell you nope!!! Enjoy my extra 40$ I'll never go back 😊

The food was absolutely amazing with an amazing wide variety of very fun games. Freddy was working the front desk and was very nice and helpful during my visit as well. 10/10 would recommend and will be coming again!

A woman came and scream profanities at me, so I went to management and they told me that if there was another altercation, the cops would be called and we'd both be thrown out. I even repeated to the manager, so if she comes up to me and yells at me again, we will both be thrown out? How ridiculous! I wouldn't recommend dave and busters to anyone! I guess they dont care about their customers.

Came in Sunday Sep 20th around 1. Was seated fairly slowly but it wasn't big deal. Sat at table server was very nice. Ordered food for six. Food came out at different times for every meal, about a 30 minute span. I ordered the Cajun Shrimp pasta. It was ok but fairly cold. My girlfriend ordered lemon pepper chicken wings boneless. Good but again cold. My mom ordered a medium sirloin. Sirloin came out rare. She asked for it to be put back on. Came back out past well done, a brick. Not edible. Grandpa ordered wings which were again good but cold. Few other orders pretty much same story Probably a 2 star eating experience. Only reason its not one is there was some decent food but it was still cold but the server was very nice. I would add he did put a sizable discount for the messed up steak. We would've ordered another one but had no confidence in the kitchen and had already waited about an hour for our food The games were good, few issues where the machine would take away our chips or tokens forget what they're called without playing a game occasionally. Not gonna call staff over 10 times it happened to interrupt our time, just means little bit of wasted money Have had great experiences at other locations, probably won't come back here for a while until I give it a try again years later with hopefully some changes made.
