  I normally don’t leave reviews but I had an absolutely horrible experience today. When getting my bowl the portion of rice was absolutely pathetic, it was legitimately half a spoon. After that I paid with a gift card and the lady charged me for double chicken when I didn’t order it. So then when trying to refund me the manager just counted out 4 dollars of quarters and slammed them in front of me without saying a word. I hate complaining but it was some of the worst customer service I’ve ever received.

  Very kind staff and they do a great job making bowls and burritos Edit: past few times I’ve gone I’ve gotten super stale chips

  I've been to this location twice now and I wanted to love it because it has the pick up drive thru window. However, the food was poor quality both times (I thought the first time was just a fluke). The second time, they shoved the bag at me so quickly I almost dropped it and when I got home, half the beans and rice was in the bottom of the bag. And I know they would have noticed it when they put the box into the bag so it's frustrating they didn't give a new bag and replace the stuff that fell out. Overall just a poor experience both times and I'm not even that picky of a person.

  They close at 11pm but run out of a bunch stuff at 9.45pm. AND of course, their app will let you to place the order anyway, you will be charged to then be told by the store they are sorry for not providing you with the product you already paid for, qnd they cannot do refunds on online orders AND of course, the app doesn't have a refund or edit feature after you place the order. Great job CMG
