A young gentleman working the line was super rude to my friend and I. Management should reevaluate who they hire. They need to put that boy back doing dishes because his customer service is trash. The boy who helped us has braces and seems to be of Hispanic descent. I won’t be going here anymore.

Nearly twenty dollars for four scoops of rice, and one third scoop of steak, then After they upcharged me more than six dollars for one third scoop of guacamole, the cashier also tried to "dispose of my gift card", which still had more than twenty dollars. The food wasn't fresh, all the containers were either crusty and dried or like the lettuce, wilty and sitting in water. Very disappointed.

A lady with red hair through soap water all over the floor, washed her hands for 7 seconds and after words checked her phone then put on gloves to try to serve me. I was so disappointed and disgusted that I chose to leave rather than get the food I really wanted.
