  I appreciate the team members, but absolutely hate the drive-thru experience. I very rarely eat fast food. I would really like to see the entire menu before I order. I'm capable of making quick decisions, but would prefer to see more than just the list of chicken sandwiches before I'm approached to have my order taken... I would have loved to have ordered one of the salads instead. Yes, I could pull over and pull up the menu on my phone before I pull in, but frankly, there isn't a convenient place to do this. I also feel terrible that the team members are outside in all kinds of Wisconsin weather. Not my favorite experience.

  So I'd like to start by saying I have never had Chick-fil-A before. This was a first for me. I ordered a Sasauge, Egg and Cheese biscuit meal with hasbrowns and a strawberry lemonade. I'll start by saying the service was nice. Guy on the intercom in the drive through was nice and the lady who took my card and gave me my food was nice to. Here's the problem.. I went and parked in a parking lot about 1 minute away to wait for the store to open and eat my breakfast well.. I parked and got comfy opened my bag only to find a sandwhich. Okay.. I'm only 1 minute away so I went back, went inside, and the guy at the counter made it right and no questions asked got me some hashbrowns. So now I'm back in my car going to that same parking lot 1 minute away. Park and get comfy again. Only the eat 1/2 of the greasiest hashbrowns of my life to decide to open my sandwhich to find out they didnt even get me the right food! A fried chicken on a biscuit is not at all what I had ordered. I decided to eat it anyways but could only eat about 1/2 before all that grease set in. When I thought McDonald's food was greasy. No. You WILL need wet wipes after eating this food. It left my hand so greasy! I was very unsatisfied with this visit. Especially it being my first time at a Chick-fil-A. I dont know if id recommend or eat here again. Check your food before the leaving the drive through!

  We got there and there was a long line but it went fast and efficient. The food arrived fast even though they were busy and was delicious as always! I love that they have fresh fruit options too.

  I came to pick up an order and there are employees inside and they are unable to approach the door and tell me what order I have or something like that in addition to the fact that it is raining and I am getting wet to come and pick up an order and they are unable to approach the door and tell me no it is not open we have already closed or finally what order it has I do not know if we have it here let me check for nothing that is

  I had an amazing experience at Chick-fil-A thanks to Makena. From the moment I walked in, she was incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect with my order and made me feel genuinely valued as a customer. It’s rare to come across someone who brings such positive energy and care to their work. Makena truly represents what great customer service should look like. Because of her, I’ll definitely be coming back. Give her a raise—she deserves it!
