After waiting at the pickup counter for a while, I asked someone if I needed to check in for mobile pickup. He said no. Then he announced to no one in particular that he needed my drink. Six minutes later I finally got my drink. There were two young women working themselves to death to make drinks while one employee handled the drive through and three others seemed to be joking around with no real purpose in being there. It was a great experience … if the goal is to feel unappreciated and ignored.
