- LCLaurence CoteNov 2, 20251.0Worst experience ever. We waited in the lobby for 10-15 minutes just waiting for someone to greet us or say anything. There was one guy whose pants were sagged down who kept giving us a “one minute” finger while never coming to us at all. Eventually we just interrupted and asked how long it would be for a table for 2, he said 20 minutes. Completely unprofessional and horrible atmosphere. If someone had just told us from the beginning it would be a 20 minute wait I would’ve been okay with that. Just such a weird vibe and weird atmosphere. They’re clearly understaffed and lacking training for the employees that they do have.

We loved how hot and quick the food came out and Katie's service was nothing short of delightful. We will be back to try more yummy in our yummy wings :)
- JLJA LJan 17, 20231.0Disorganized! Got there at 6:05 on Badger Bball night (7:30gt), place was 1/2 full. Drinks took 30 min, food took over an hour. 5 meals luke warm & soggy, 1 hot & crisp. (Come on man, if u forgot to make one - bring the others & comp one. We cldda shared) Suggestion... Go to bar to order drinks, Using App at tables seems to take longer and be out of order. (Hard to watch the people that arrived after u getting their drinks first) Perhaps food is better than I rated, but ours didn't seem fresh and we had to inhale it. They offered no % off based in their challenges in serving.
