  This was the first time I've been to a Buffalo Wild Wings, and it didn't leave a stellar impression. The food was good but not the freshest, but I'll cut them some slack considering I went in right after the lunch rush. But the service wasn't great. The waiter was inattentive and the hostess was distracted when I came in.

  Everytime I go here, it’s severely understaffed, both front and kitchen. I understand it’s not the servers fault nor the kitchens fault, but this place needs better management. I come in on a Friday night and there are only 2 waiters? Why schedule only 2 waiters on a busy Friday night? We waited over an hour to get our food, which was incomplete and incorrect. We asked for traditional wings and they hand us boneless wings. We ordered fried pickles (that are usually piping hot when they come out) and they were soggy and warm. I do understand that this isn’t any of the waiters/kitchen’s fault, but seriously. You’d think that they would schedule more people on a Friday night.

  Long wait, cold food, asked for waitress to refill ranch and bottomless apps, still waiting a half hour later. Restaurant and bathrooms need cleaned. Terrible experience. Debating leaving no tip.

  Quiero comentar mi mal experiencia esta tarde ,vine a comer con mis hijos y la señora que atendie alas personas estaba hablando con un muchacho que ni siquiera era un comensal ni trabajaba ahí ,y después de esperar 8 minutos la señora nos quiso dar una mesa en el bar porque los del both supuestamente estaban cerrados.pero ni había gente solo una familia.nos dijo porque era más fácil atender nos .muy mal el servicio

  The bathroom situation is absolutely disgusting. Apparently there is a sewage issue in the women’s room - the smells are filtering into the “unisex” bathroom which is only one working stall for the entire restaurant. I’m never coming back this is deplorable alone . To make it worse there were about 3 employees and 2/3 off duty employees sitting and standing and hanging out in the kitchen which I could also see trash just overflowing . The food and service was good but im worried about our health now for breathing in the bathroom. It’s filthy - food in the sink, greasy hand prints on every surface and pee all over the floor dirty ! To make it worse they turned up the volume on the surrround sound to the point I was so overwhelmed I almost threw up ! They turned it down and then turned on every tv there was to a different thing . 0/10 recommend !
