She came back and said the manager would be bringing our food out. She left and later brought our food out, saying manager busy. He came by later, apologized, asked if food ok now and said he would address this with kitchen staff and left. He made no effort to offer us a discount or anything else. My husband is diabetic and didn't need this long wait. Disappointing experience....
