  The Ocean breeze and Sunrise energy drinks are so good! I was skeptical at first since their options were limited (soft launch), but was glad I got those two! The service was also friendly and fast. Don’t let the long line deceive you! Can’t wait to come back and try more drinks!(:

  So happy to finally have a 7brew in Madison! I got the fizz, but it seemed a tad flat. Was still good, but not as good as I’ve had. I was in and out within 15 mins so not horrible of wait. I would say the location is horrible—too far off the freeway and just awkward getting in line regardless. Given location, it won’t be my first stop for coffee, but still love them!

  As a long time 7brew customer I am thrilled to have one in madison. The staff is fantastic, they work really well together to make sure everything runs smoothly and we got through the line (which was in the hyvee parking lot) with drinks in hand in 25 minutes. There's a very vibrant atmosphere and staff is well trained. No food but tons of drink options and I love how almost everything is customizable. My one critique would be to be more conscious of their words especially around other customers. Hearing staff complain about past customer experiences makes me feel less welcome and generally isn't a good look for the company. Still absolutely worth a trip, drinks are phenomenal and a good price.

  Overall the drinks are great! But the wait. I understand they just started their launch but waiting in a lane for 20 minutes and having 10 cars in the other lane pass you and get their order is unacceptable. Maybe one line if you have 1-2 drinks and the other if you have 3 or more? Worth asking before I pull in and can’t get out. The car in front of me ordered 6 drinks and I already had mine. I had to wait an extra 7 minutes to get out. I also wish the music wasn’t so loud when you pull up. But overall 7 brew isn’t worth the 20 -30 minute wait.

  Came here around 2/2:30 pm today and got not only hair in one of our beverages but the customer service was horrible. When we were initially handed our drinks the two girls working at the stand immediately went back to talking about some feature on the iPad/tablet they were using and not to interrupt I was going to wait until they were free to ask for straws (their lids don't have a sip/straw less lid) until one of the girls looked at the other and said "what are they waiting on" then looked at me like I was stupid. I said "I'm so sorry could I just get straws please" and she handed them to me wordlessly, and I said "thank you have a good one" didn't hear anything back and pulled forward shrugging it off. The other person in my car was drinking their beverage and a hair was so long in it and came up through their straw, and we turned around and asked for it to be remade (the girl who took it and fixed it was very nice) and ended up at the same stall/stand the initial two girls were at, and they again had said "what's wrong with this car now" very aggravated, more pointedly at us rather than the coworkers and were not talking to themselves and I had overheard it but made it very clear they were talking to us. One of the girls running drinks out also adjusted her shorts and then immediately started handling drinks/moving cups around without washing her hands They need to work on their food safety because that's going to get someone seriously sick if they not only have their hair down while making drinks, they also are digging in their shorts without washing their hands. I really wanted to give them a chance and enjoy them but I'm repulsed after this
