  The "manager" kat is a joke. Being the manager in fast food is like winning the special Olympics. I ordered my sub online and what I got was inedible. Burned black bread, hard, could hardly rip it with my teeth, so dry I literally was choking while eating. My chicken was COLD and im not saying it sat too long and lost heat, it was straight out of a fridge. All my lettuce was throw on the wrapper and not stuffed in the sub. Between the ice cold meat, the black bread and the no sauce (I requested 2 sauces, yet I got one dot of each) I couldn't believe this is the service they offer. I've had amazing subs before. This didn't even taste like subway it was so bad. I messaged the online corporate and they reached out to kat. She sent a rude email stating that she watched the video footage and it was "made to their standards" and that there is nothing that she would do. No replacement no refund. I'm going to go to some kind of corporate and make her name known to them. She could have offered a refund, she could have offered a replacement, she chose to stand her ground and defend that "standard of service". I would be embarrassed to have that quality of food represent me. Shows what kind of person kat is.

  Hard gross burned bread! Waste of money when you get home and can't eat it. Worker had to know how bad it was when making subs

  Wonderful service! A gentleman was ahead of me ordering 2 sandwiches so the 2 employees were helping him and an employee from the back came right out greeted me with a smile and started my order. The woman that checked me out at the end was lovely too! Quick and simple :)
