  You people definitely need to get a better person for morning shift. The Hispanic lady that works it, she's rude and acts like she don't want to work there. She don't give out what you order. The Hispanic lady waits to answer in the drive-thru when there's nobody in drive-thru or inside. I usually go every morning and it's the same thing with the Hispanic lady. The Hispanic lady acts like she don't want to wait on anyone in the drive-thru. It definitely needs to change. If she don't like her job, then she needs to move around to find another job.

  I waited for 10 minutes or more to order breakfast. I was there at 10:25 by the time someone came to take my order I was as told I couldn’t get breakfast because they are serving lunch now. The food is barely edible to start with and the service is worse than a 1 star rating. I only stopped because I wanted to get a quick breakfast on my break. I wasted my break for nothing . Way to go McDonalds terrible all the way around. Good to see you lowered your customer service to the level of your food. Zero stars given if I could!

  I hate to leave bad reviews but I am so frustrated with this location. 9 out of 10 times there is something missing from our order, most of the time we check before we leave the parking lot. Unfortunately last night we did not, because at that point we had ordered ahead via app and ended up sitting in the pick up space for at least 15 minutes. We got home and the first thing we noticed was the fries were cold and definitely not fresh by any means. Then we noticed we were missing our daughters nuggets, but dont worry they remembered the sauce. So I drove back to McDonald's to tell them I was missing my food. I went inside and no other customers in line. I stood there for about 5 minutes before i was acknowledged even though i made eye contact with the person expoing and anothee employee crossed infront of me 3 times without saying a word. Finally when an employee decided to come talk to me, i got my food no problem but I didnt even get an apology. The person was nice enough but to not even get an apology is not great customer service especially when running into this issue so often. I get home and give the food to my daughter to find out her nuggets were cold too. My husband and I have reached out and complained in the past just to never get a reply. Lake Geneva doesn't have a whole lot of fast food options and when we are specificly wanting McDonald's this is our only option otherwise we have to drive 15 minutes to the next one. If it wasn't for those 2 issues I wouldn't continue to go to this McDonald's.

  Shit service, shit food, staff that will look at you when you’re standing at the counter, and seem very irritated that they have to help you, because I was interrupting there McFlurry. Chicken so over cooked you couldnt even bite through it. Took over 20 minuets to get some nuggets, burger and a snack wrap. Forgot an order of fries and sauce for the nuggets. Probably the worst experience I’ve ever had a a McDonalds, and everyone knows the bar isn’t very high to begin with. Wanted to ask for a refund for the unconsumable food but I didn’t have another 20 minuets to waste hoping someone saw me at the counter. Should have went to Burger King next door.
