- SSS SwongJul 14, 20261.0Just had a very unsatisfactory lunch. We r family of 8 with 3 kids. Kids meals came out in ok time, but the drinks never appeared. The adults had to wait additional 40 minutes With the excuse being that they were very busy — it was NOT!!! Kids had to wait an hour after they were done! Unacceptable!!

There was only one other table that we could see being served at the same time and our group of eight had to wait an hour for our sandwiches. And the French fries were hard and cold. .. and when we asked for chips or for them to be remade, they took about half an hour for them to remake them. And they would not split the bill.

- PPPjpillerFeb 16, 20261.0Lake Geneva Grand Cafe, should be re-named underwhelming cafe, I got the kick’n chicken sandwich, I just had a couple drinks in me so I don’t need much to make me happy. The sandwich itself was aesthetically pleasing, but the bread was dry, very dry at that. There should be no excuse for it being dry or underwhelming in a luxury hotel. Let alone a restaurant in this hotel. The chicken was good but got thin near the end which affects the quality, the French fries were normal, nothing special or stood out. The atmosphere was great, the service was normal, besides that I expect the food to be better. The price for the sandwich was $16, which is not terrible but the quality of the food does not justify the price, you can get better food at fast food unfortunately and sadly. Sit down restaurants should have better food than a drive thru or fast food, and with the chicken sandwich, definitely left me upset, like come on I wasn’t asking for much.
