  Upon being greeted by a bubbly ,friendly so personable Victoria ,we were greeted by the most polite , friendly waiter Charles , he suggested things that wee great , it was his last day of work before going back to school, it was a true joy to have a young person with such good table side manners , then Victoria came to our table after we were done to see how things went , marvelous staff , they both should be commended, well done !!!!

  Just had a very unsatisfactory lunch. We r family of 8 with 3 kids. Kids meals came out in ok time, but the drinks never appeared. The adults had to wait additional 40 minutes With the excuse being that they were very busy — it was NOT!!! Kids had to wait an hour after they were done! Unacceptable!!

  Beautiful place, but the service was horrible. There was only one other table that we could see being served at the same time and our group of eight had to wait an hour for our sandwiches. And the French fries were hard and cold. .. and when we asked for chips or for them to be remade, they took about half an hour for them to remake them. And they would not split the bill.

  The hostess Natasya was extremely rude and unresponsive yet she had a lot of time to chat with a smile to our server; meanwhile our cups are dry.
