  I typically dont do this but this has been a constant issue. I went into Dunkin for my usual drink pick up that I always get. I was extremely disappointed when I got there. I ordered a size large, but as you can see from the picture was a medium. Also the color difference from the two drinks just shows that the people working there do not know how to make my drink. The drink was pure milk and cinnamon and also had no ice in it. I have had multiple issues at lake geneva dunkin now. The drink on the right was from lake geneva dunkin and the drink on the left was the one I picked up in Richmond on my way to go lake just to show the difference. Exact same order. But goes to show that the teenagers at lake geneva did not know how to make my drink. I didnt feel like correcting them was going to fix anything with the way they were messing around behind the counter. This is now probably the 5th time my drink has been messed up at lake geneva dunkin.

  Weekly mornings are good. Not sure about the weekend rush though. They always get my order correct and are kind. Plus the hashbrowns are made correctly! No Mushy pile of baby food. THANK YOU.

  Don’t order cold foam with your drink, ordered an iced matcha with cold foam and only got half matcha and the rest “cold foam”. Once all the bubbles went down you could clearly see they didn’t even try filling the cup up with ice let alone matcha. Horrible. This is the second time they do this to me.

  This place is terrible. The wait times are ridiculous, and you're lucky if you actually get the drink you ordered. Why Dunkin corporate continues to allow this franchise to exist is a real mystery. If you go here, be prepared to be disappointed.
