  I visited this location for my birthday yesterday. The food was amazing. When I returned with my second plate, my drinks were gone. My boyfriend went to find an employee to correct the mistake. Before he could return, a server LOUDLY yelled at me in front of everyone stating that I needed to pay or leave. I stated that I HAD paid UPON entering the restaurant, as it is literally a buffet. She stated that was untrue and repeated that I needed to pay or leave. My boyfriend returned with our cups given to him by another server and she continued to loudly exclaim that we needed to pay. I had my receipt in my wallet as this was going on. We left our plates on the table and left. I contacted a manager who stated she did not believe that is how the ordeal went down and that there was nothing they could do period. I will be contacting HR, but I highly do not recommend spending your money here.

  We were camping nearby in 100 degree heat and needed an escape for lunch. My kids love pizza ranch, so we choose to go here. Only after we paid did we realize there was no fun zone/arcade. Worse, they don't allow kids under 11 to serve themselves... my very capable 10 and 9 year old kids were upset that they couldn't serve themselves. And I was upset that every time they wanted to go back up for something I had to put down my food to load their plates for them. Not a fun experience, will not be going back. Not what a Pizza Ranch is supposed to be.

  First off, very disappointed that every time we go to a Pizza Ranch we can’t use our rewards or coupons. It is always, you can’t use the buy one get one for $9.00 because you are already getting the senior discount or you can’t use this because it’s Monday. Food was good, missed that there was no soup like other Stores and variety of pizzas was small for being the noon hour, and who run out of chicken at 12:20!? And what ever happened to stuffing on the buffet?

  Stop sexualizing women and children. You are in the heart of the Wisconsin dells. I took my 8 year old daughter here to try and get lunch for her birthday, and was told we had to cover up in order to eat here. I was wearing a normal dress, and my daughter was wearing a one piece swim suit. I was told that in order to eat here we need to be wearing long pants, closed toe shoes and a t shirt. My boyfriend went in behind me wearing a swim suit and asked if what he was wearing was acceptable and they said yes. But when he asked why they turned us away, they couldn’t come up with a legit answer that made sense. STOP SEXUALIZING WOMEN AND CHILDREN, WEIRDOS. I WILL NOT SPEND MY MONEY HERE!!!!
