- DMD*** M*****Aug 13, 20261.0Ordered via mobile app at 7:07. Clicking on link in email says estimated time was 7:17-7:27. App says something totally different, 7:22. Showed up at 7:20. Said it would be 10-15 more minutes. It was literally just one medium cheese and one medium pepperoni with some boneless wings. Nothing complicated or large. It’s now 7:55 and it’s still not ready. The cashier said they were understaffed but there were at least 4 people there.
- SBS BAug 10, 20262.0Placed Online order at 9:40PM and the app said 35-40 minutes. I called the store over an hour later to see if they still had my order as it was in a 'cooking' status. I was told that the app was wrong and it should have shown 90 minutes at the time I placed my order. Person on the phone said that he would send the order out with the next driver that came in. A while later I saw the order transferred to Doordash and - when it left - went somewhere else first. Order finally arrived @ 11:40 PM - nearly 2 hours later - when everyone was about to go to bed. Already irritated at this point, the DD driver handed me my order and let me know that the receipt mentioned 'cash tip'. On top of everything, the crusts were wrong and the store was long past closed. Never again.
