  Lobby closes at 9:00 pm that id posted on door. Doors were locked at 8:30. Had to go through driveup and burger was wrong and a mess. 4 vehicles pulled after us, tried door and simply left.

  Close down the drive thru or the lobby if you're too understaffed you can't keep up with orders. No reason to wait an hour for a blizzard and and ice cream.

  Last night(5/01/2026) waited 35 minutes in the drive thru with only 5 cars ahead of me, got to the speaker and was told to wait, 10 minutes later they finally took my order which was just a blizzard. Got to the drive thru window they took my card, then I sat for another 10 minutes. My blizzard was finally done, do you think they gave it to me? No I sat for ANOTHER 10 MINUTES as I watched my blizzard melt on the counter. I wish I could say this was just a once off experience at this dairy queen but it happens way too often. Avoid at all costs, they won't replace anything they screwed up either, including my blizzard that melted right at the drive through window. Overall 50-55 minute wait time for a single melted blizzard.

  I ordered on the app hoping it would go faster this time. I ordered my chicken strip basket and I'm still waiting in the drive through after 25 minutes. You can't even leave the drive through if you wanted to so you're sitting here waiting anyways. Update:55 minutes to get my food and it was wrong.

  The French fries were cold the chicken was salty and the cheese curds were cold the shakes were runny and melted DO BETTER LADYSMITH the Parmesan wings are spicy and ungodly salty
