  How and why do people still eat this low grade dog food?

  Actually the worst place i’ve ever been fast food wise (and mind you i love taco bell), if i could give 0 stars i would. We had a mobile order didn’t get half the stuff, made us unaware that they didn’t have any ice then gave us warm drinks after waiting 1.5 hours in the drive through (this isn’t an exaggeration), workers were extremely uncooperative, didn’t get the entirety of my friends order, she got no food and the wanted to us to go back through and wait another 40 minutes. They then offered us to cancel the order we made over an hour ago and we would get a refund. So we went back asking them for help and they simply said “we don’t know how to do that” not sure how that really works considering that is their job, especially the managers, whom i talked to. Anyways our night was already mediocre and this taco bell made it 100% worse. I am a very understanding person when it comes to things taking long, getting busy, or something just went wrong. However when you do all of that and be rude on top of it, not something i’ll be kind back about. Hoping to get a refund on this considering it was atleast 35 dollars, If i knew if it was going to be like this I would’ve paid that much to avoid this whole situation.

  If I could give it a 0 I would. Bc tell me why they close at 3am, I order online at 8pm, my order is ready at 8:22pm, I get there at 8:30, closed. I can't get in. Mind you, my friends also just went and picked up an order less than 10 minutes ago. Wdym I spent $13 for food and I can't get it. But, fortunately, the drive through was still open. I had to call my friend (bless him for his help) to drive over so we could go through the drive through. By the time her gets there, it's 8:40pm. The employee that helped us was most definitely high. I digress. We finally get our food around 8:50pm. And, understandably, the food was cold. However, if they did not close their doors 7 hours before they actually closed, I could have enjoyed my soft tacos and nacho fries.

  I won't eat there, but my wife likes it. Service is really dependent on the employee and business of the place.

  Should have checked reviews. About 15 minutes in the lobby to get served, and the guys asks me "you still waiting?". Watched three cars in the drive through get served since I used the kiosk, so the drive through is the lesser of two evils. Used to be a big taco bell guy but now it's disappointing every time, but since Yum brands exists for the sole purpose of selling Pepsi you shouldn't be stored that their food sucks
