  We waited to pay for our food when we got there 4 minutes, which is a lot when tgere were employees to help us. pizza was cold and chewy. Only second line tgere and this is the second this happened. Won't go back.

  Was very clean and the food was kept full even tho we got there 30 min before the closed. Some of the workers were very loud but were also very helpful when something was empty

  One of my favorite places in lacrosse, their chicken and pizzas are so good and the staff are nice and friendly

  I went for lunch with a friend today. We ordered our buffet and the employee ask if we wanted to do a survey. I politely declined. Yes i said no thank and started to walk away. She said are you sure you don't want to fill out our survey i replied no thank you again. As i actually turned to walk away she says it again and proceeds to tell me my friend could READ me the questions and recored my response. That time i turned around and said very clearly PLEASE STOP in a slightly irrated voice. This time as i walked away she yells . YOU COULD WIN 100 DOLLARS .. i walked over to the counter to ask for a manager and she claims she yelled it to my friend because she forgot to tell her. I walked away to eat with everyone looking at ME ! We did nothing wrong. We were poked at by a very unhappy employee. I was stared down at tbe buffet by girl employee. I was gawked at by the cashier who came up after that. Let me clarify one thing. I was a 63 year old women. She asked if we qualified for the senior discount we both responded yes . She commented about my friends age but didnt believe me so i told her my birthday. She made my friend feel like crap and shes younger than me. I was their on my 1st visit. It will also be my last visit. As i mentioned i am an older women. I am also Autistic and rarely go out to restaurants because the lights the smells the noise of the kitchen the sounds of the ice machine the soda dispenser. I hear and smell everything on a busy or quiet restaurant. I have some brain damage as well. To the average stranger i might look " normal " but thats kinda bs as whats normal anymore. The lady who was doing all of this was older than either of us and pretty damm aggressive. I am not looking for pity or anything. I want to let others know this restaurant is not welcoming or gracious. Families should be able to eat together in peace and quiet regardless of the situation. I paid to be insulted. No one ever came and apologized and i was humiliated in front of a dear friend i never see anymore. The people behind us in line heard everything. Be mindful if you go eat here its not family or disabled friendly. I am posting this for families I am contacting their corporate office and contacting the restaurant management team. It is located in a small community that we raised our family in and chances are quite high that an old friend or neighbor witnessed it all. Humiliated and harassed. They really should change their name to that... on a lighter not . I am not a Karen .. i am a Karla and we don't complain about it we take action. Imagine if i were your child elderly relative or a person with a disability. We all look the same . BE KIND
