- BTB Tremelling3 days ago4.0Everything worked very well at this McDonald's restaurant. Ordering the food was easy through the kiosk, it didn't take very long for the food to be ready, and everything came as expected. No complaints about any of that. My only objection to the process was the price, which was significantly higher than what I would expect for what we got, not to mention self-entering the order too. Many things have jumped in price over the past 5 years, or so; and it seems fast food restaurants, especially McDonald's, are on the leading edge of the higher prices. Nowadays, I rarely go to a place such as McDonald's when other options are available.

I asked why my food was cold and he was reluctant, but gave me new food then stormed off after waiting for almost 10 minutes. I was coming here like once a week for the longest time... I didnt even know he was the general manager until I asked yesterday when I came in.. super unprofessional I will be going to the onalaska store if I ever go back to mcdonalds in la crosse. Not to mention their GM in training Nicolas Teff below! Actually the most rude "food service worker" I have EVER DEALT WITH; Courtesy Corp.. Do BETTER
