    I really do like Jimmy John's food, and received a delivery today. A couple of things were bothersome though. I requested Mayo packets and napkins both of which didn't come with my order. I also requested the order be delivered to the front entrance of Aptiv on 3000 South Avenue. My order was delivered to the back entrance, not the worst thing, but the end result was that the driver didn't get his tip.

    This is the SECOND time I ordered for pickup from here only to get home and not have ANY meat on my Club Lulu! It only had my veggies on it! When I called to ask about them delivering a new sub for me, since it was their mistake, they stated that their policy is to only deliver to someone that has placed an order... Technically, I did place an order & they messed it up. The first time it happened I drove back to the store to get the sub replaced, and they said they would credit my account $5. Well, it should have been more than that, since they messed it up and I had to drive back to the store. I mentioned to the manager that this happened last time & there should still be a $5 credit on my account from the last incident. Apparently they never put the $5 credit on my account from the first time. She offered to refund my order from this time & also add the $5 credit that I should have had from the first time. We shall see.....If you want to order Jimmy John's order from the Pearl Street location & not the Losey Blvd. location, as I alway order from that one when I'm at work & they have never made my orders wrong.

    Bread was burnt and hard and borderline inedible, sandwiches were messy and also the orders were wrong, and when we went to pick it up they tried to only give us one sandwich when we ordered 2 - they just missed the second one - workers were also kind of rude :// hopefully this was just an off day but we will probably not be returning to this location after this experience

    Just got food person who took my order didnt tell me they did not have banana peppers yet only hot peppers added them without telling me the manager Mathew was amazing to help me after I have to call back
