  Wanna cry almost everytime I order light ice because they fill the whole thing and screw it up everytime😭 Literally less than an inch of just drink at the bottom.

  This place was horrible!!! Service is trash and they are so slow. Been in line for 30 minutes and they are only focused on the first lane. Get your shit together

  Very slow service compared to the La crosse location, there have been times I’ve been here with less than 5 other cars and I’ve waited 10+ minutes and times I got stuck in the line for 30 minutes

  I’ve always had great experiences at the 7 Brew on the south side of La Crosse. The staff are consistently friendly, quick, and attentive. Unfortunately, after about four visits to the new location, I’ve been disappointed each time. The biggest issue seems to be how the drive-thru is managed. Employees don’t seem to balance the lines or move between cars the way they do at the south side location, which makes things feel disorganized and slower than necessary. Today there were only a few cars and several employees working, but orders still weren’t being taken efficiently and another customer’s order was incorrect. I really hope they improve, because this location is much more convenient for me, but so far the experience has been consistently disappointing.
