Waited for quite a while before asking how much longer for our food sandwiches. My daughter got hers and then we're were offered a "free" sandwich or a refund. I chose the refund as I didn't want to wait any longer. I went up to ask if anything was needed for the refund and was told I couldn't get a refund unless I went through corporate. I just picked another "free" sandwich (not free because I already paid for it). I think the people behind the counter could use some training on providing information (correctly) to the customer. Had I not asked more questions I would have left thinking I was going to be refunded. The previous times I have gone were flawless (but I didn't order food). Drinks are good.
