  went there tonight with my kids so excited to get ice cream from dq as we dont normally get ice cream it was a treat and especially since they have dye free sprinkles and cotton candy sprinkles. well we waited almost 15min in the drive through from when we got there to when we got our ice cream. I pulled up to the window and our ice cream cones where already made sitting there melting. my husbands blizzard was dripping down the sides making a mess. I got a twist med ice cream cone with dye free sprinkles and when the lady finally came to the window to take the money she had put the other cars behind me order down next to mine and took the money I asked her to wipe off the blizzard as it was dripping so bad. I hand my kids their dipped cones and then I get mine......it was half melted already it was dripping globs onto me as I drove home to new Holstein. which isnt a far drive. my kids dipped cones were melted by the time we go onto the bridge going out of kiel. when I got home my husbands blizzard was like soup. im sorry I have never had this bad of an experience here before and never had our ice creams melt that fast either. im highly disappointed in the service and quality of our ice creams. the flavors were great well as much as I could eat of mine as it was just sloppy and then since it was so sloppy and melted the cone broke as I pulled into my driveway and I threw the entire rest of it out. if you go there ask they make it when you get to the window if your in the drive thru. the customers outside got there's as they ordered didnt have to wait at all the staff seemed more concerned about the people outside then in the drive thru.
