  I went to this location hoping to have a good experience and get some food. I went and ordered in person and the person taking my order seemed very confused. I ordered a 15pc wings 8 boneless and 7 classic and ended up with all boneless wings. My wife’s order was fine but also noticed we got charged for 3 drinks when we only wanted 2 and when we pointed we did not get reimbursed for the extra drink. Overall did not have that great of an experience and will be going to a different location from now on.

  I’ve been going to this place for the past year. Thee food is fast, and the staff is always very kind and welcoming, always clean. The food is always so good!!! They have never had my order wrong. I really love Wingstop Kenosha.

  He visitado la tienda en varias ocasiones y siempre ordenó vía telefónica, ordenó para la hora del Lunch y en todas las ocasiones mis ordenes han estado listas, las alitas deliciosas y jugosas. Mis compañeros y yo somos super fanáticos de sus papas fritas, sin dudar recomiendo ampliamente ordenar aquí.

  I really have to highlight something: the cashier was so patient with us. We were a large, indecisive group and made many changes to our order, yet she never lost her great attitude; she even gave us samples of flavors we weren't familiar with. Thank you for your outstanding service we really enjoyed the delicious food, the atmosphere, and the attention we received.

  I placed a doordash order last night and had rude comments written in permanent marker on my drink cups. I went into store and talked to the store manager who refused to give her name and first told me she didn't know corporates number. She then gave me corporates number after asking multiple times. I told her I would like a refund I didn't eat or drink anything as I didn't know what was done to my food. She insisted her employees didn't do that. She pulled up my order on the ipad and said she couldn't give me a refund and there was nothing she could do. I also asked for her bosses name which she refused as well. I am a store manager myself and this is so disrespectful. I will never give that location business again. She then had her husband and children come in and went in lobby to talk with them instead of apologizing or making it right for a paying customer. She also walked to the back and refused to let me explain to her my frustrations about my order she didn't care. This is very unprofessional to have someone running a business this way. I am very disappointed and unsatisfied. I will post pictures of the comments left on my drinks. I am disgusted by the service and store manager at this location, she shouldn't be in a manager role if she can't take care of a paying customer and make it right. She was very dismissive and could care less.
