After finally getting my order..I again was ignored at the register so the guy could sort out an online order..was not apologetic at all.. this isn't the first time I have walked in and had to watch them prepare orders and they dont even say Hi and make you wait. But it was definitely my last time! Good customer service goes a long way! Like $ money in their pockets! Thank u but no thank you!

Today was much the same and I was overcharged for double protein I didn't ask for. I drove back and all three employees looked at me like I had three heads when I asked for a resolution. The dude working literally said, "uh-oh" when I was walking back up with my order. They refunded the extra protein charge which was cool, but it's not worth always being out of things served with an apathetic attitude.
