  I ordered from here through Uber Eats. My chicken Cesar wrap had NO chicken, my salt and vinegar chips were jalapeño chips. I had to make my own drink eventhough it was a pick up order. I called to let them know and they said they can't help me because it's an Uber Eats order but I would get a refund. I don't want a refund, I ordered food because I'm hungry. This will be my last visit to this location.

  what’s the point of curbside pickup if you are just gonna throw the bag on the online carryout shelf?? waited for 20 mins to go in and find my meal on the shelf. wouldve been fine with going in and getting it in the first place but saw a curbside option and tried it out. i work in foods so was going to give them the benefit of the doubt but of course, walk inside to them standing around doing nothing. dont put an option for curbside if you are going to be lazy and not actually bring it out. this location has always sucked

  Sandwiches are good, good flavor. But someone is lacking. SOMEONE is underfilling majorly. And lopsiding ingredients. Mostly underfilling. Have never had this problem before here, but it is EXTREMELY noticeable! Some sandwiches are normal and thick and then you get another one of the same sandwich and you hold it and your finger tips can touch! And it’s not just from removing tomatoes or something, it is considerably less meat. And with multiple different sandwiches. I’ve noticed this and my friends who I’ve talked to have noticed this. WHO is behind this??? TRAIN THEM PLEAZE I CANNOT WITH THIS!!! :((((

  44505122166849537 Order Number. Was tracking on phone, showed out for delivery, then showed completed. Food never arrived. Called local store, explained, was told " We'll the driver isn't back, so there isnt anything I can do to verify/ask." Was awkward, no one said let me figure it out, or anything. So I said, well if they are still out delivering, I guess Ill wait. Waited another 20 minutes, called back, was told, let me check with the driver. I was then told they left it at my door, did I check? Of course I checked, like 10 times, nothing there, I have a ring camera, no one present on it. The woman on the phone seemed like she was telling me I was lying, that I didnt have my food. She finally said we can remake it and send it back out. I said, well yes please, It would be nice to get the food I ordered. Very awkward for both calls. No attempt to be service freindly, solution oriented, or apologetic for the experience. What a bummer, like the food, but the service is awful. Still waiting for the reorder, but probably gonna throw it in the trash , as it probably wont be clean food at this point if it ever arrives. Update, driver arrived at 637, 40 minutes after second phone call. She was super freindly, I asked her if she had delivered my food her before. She said no, Google routed her elsewhere. She took ownership, she was pleasant. Great driver. Store team not so much.
