When you call in, they are disrespectful and have no customer service skills at all. The place use to be good but for about a year now jimmy johns is a complete joke!

I had to make my own drink eventhough it was a pick up order. I called to let them know and they said they can't help me because it's an Uber Eats order but I would get a refund. I don't want a refund, I ordered food because I'm hungry. This will be my last visit to this location.
- AJannie jJun 20, 20261.0what’s the point of curbside pickup if you are just gonna throw the bag on the online carryout shelf?? waited for 20 mins to go in and find my meal on the shelf. wouldve been fine with going in and getting it in the first place but saw a curbside option and tried it out. i work in foods so was going to give them the benefit of the doubt but of course, walk inside to them standing around doing nothing. dont put an option for curbside if you are going to be lazy and not actually bring it out. this location has always sucked
