- CRCaptain RonDec 8, 20191.0Really disappointing. We were excited about the new Kenosha Giordano's opening and, expecting guests, we scheduled a pick up for an order of 4 pies. My wife got there at the appointed pick up time and was told the pizza wasn't ready yet and it would be a little while. Time passed, no pizza, only apologies and additional “It will still be a while”s. The employee then told my wife- at about the 45 minute-late mark- that they were once again very sorry and that the pizzas would be comped. While a nice gesture, I still had hungry guests. When my wife eventually got the pizzas home, the individual pizza we had ordered was overcooked in the stuffed was undercooked. 9 days later, I just called the restaurant because the charges for the really bad experience had not been reversed, and I was on hold with no live human voice for over 10 minutes before I hung up. I understand new restaurant openings can be imperfect, but our experience was unacceptable. Bummer, because I have always liked their pizza.
