  Customer service is so important in any business. Drive through employees don't greet you, don't say anything actually. Take your money and hand you your food. No Hi, no Thank you....almost like I am an inconvenience to their day. With so many options in Kenosha you have to do better.

  The employees at this location, have a really hard time, listening to their customers and following directions.. I’m so sick of coming here in the order always being wrong and it’s literally just stupid stuff that was repeated back to me and still gave it to me wrong..

  The young lady working the counter was friendly, courteous, and professional. My To Go Order was fresh, hot, delicious, and correct!

  Ice cream was still delicious. But was super bummed to find out they don’t have the French silk pie blizzard anymore! So I decided on the s’mores instead and was also disappointed to find they did not have their signature marshmallow filled chocolate pieces, as pictured on the menu.
