  I’m just leaving an honest review, but honestly, I’m not very happy with this Chipotle location. Every time I come here, there’s always a long wait in the Chipotlane, while going inside is somehow usually much quicker—even when I order ahead. What’s frustrating is that vehicles will pull up to the pickup window without having an order ready, and they’ll hold up the entire line while their food is being made. It’s extremely inefficient and makes the wait way longer than it needs to be. On top of that, they constantly skimp on the food, especially the meat. A standard serving is supposed to be around 4 oz (112g), but it often feels more like 80g. Overall, it’s just a frustrating location to visit. In my opinion, easily the worst Chipotle in Kenosha.

  Person claiming to be a manager has not been properly trained in food safety and will kick you out if you object to him serving you with his HANDS. Kid shows up to take my order, gloved hands from wiping down the counter. Doesn’t switch gloves, so obviously didn’t wash his hands. I give my order and there is no spoon for the rice, so instead of turning around to get one he sticks his hand in and scoops my rice. I say something and he gets an attitude about it and says he doesn’t see the big deal. I reply, he tells me to leave, I ask for a manager, he says he is and I can go. Don’t eat at this location till the manager gets some serious food safety training. That whole tray of rice was contaminated and still served. This breaks Chipotle’s own “Food Safety Seven” as well as every principle of ServeSafe and common sense. Love the food as a chain, but this location scares me. Someone is going to get seriously sick if managers “don’t see the big deal” about food safety.

  Little busy food was great, tables not so good needed cleaning and trash was full. Seemed as though they were short staffed and could not handle the lunch rush.

  I’m still trying to figure out why when I entered the building, all your employees acted like they were confused as to why I was there.. Like what kind of customer service are they trying to give here? This was the most uncomfortable atmosphere I have ever been in.. It was screaming” I hate my job and I hate everybody who enters the building.”I will absolutely never be back here. None of these employees look like they deserve a job

  I had an excellent experience at Chipotle thanks to Jaslene. She was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure my order was prepared exactly the way I wanted it. Even during a busy time, she stayed positive, patient, and provided outstanding customer service.
