  Was there picking up food the other week when I witnessed the worker preparing the food have a temper tantrum. He was yelling at the person ordering at the drive-through taking his time. And saying had this person took their time in Chicago he would have been shot and killed. That because he was taking his time, he will not get his food for an additional 15 minutes, making him wait longer. Such a bizarre experience. He was so upset at the drive-through person making an order and continued to threaten the driver even after. I came back this evening for another try only to see that the employee was still there. Just a friendly reminder to not make this location upset because it seems management supports the threats.

  Typical fast food chain. My orders have always been made fresh and quickly (it's fast food, not instant). The dining room has always been clean, as well as the restrooms. I personally haven't had to complain about the food I've ordered. The staff can sometimes be a tad gruff, but dealing with the general public can do that to people. So don't be THAT person that makes the staff wonder who tied your shoes, so you could leave the house!

  They're usually on it, but today they charged me for the extra toppings and gave me a basic chicken sandwich with no modifications and gave me a ham and cheese instead of a roast beef. What's the point of offering modifications if you'll just ignore it? This is what credit cards are for! Make sure you check your food!

  The manager, JC, was wonderful. The young kid working the front counter, Richard, was also great. They were both super helpful and had smiles on their faces. So pleasant to have good customer service these days! The food was great too.
