  Service is always fantastic. I love your coffee. Unfortunately, you’re getting 4 stars because y’all need to get better cups and lids. This is now my third coffee from y’all that I have lost because the lid decided to come off. I don’t come here often, but when it’s every time? Come on…

  Drinks are always good, service could be faster. I tends to always sit for 15-20 mins at minimal no matter how many cars are in line. Some of the staff is very sweet, some of the staff is not. Depends on the day on the experience.

  Updated 8/7: another visit, same person taking the order as the visit issues listed below, and once again he entered the order incorrectly. I had to ask at the front window for them to check the order and yup, not correct. Please make sure your staff are more accurate with taking orders (or repeat it back to make sure!). A lot of new people and even after asking at the window if my drink was entered as sugar free because the person taking the order seemed to not know where the keys were to enter, they told me yes. Next day when I checked my account…nope-it was not entered correctly and not sugar free.

  I’m growing increasingly tired of watching the teens spend a tremendous amount of time talking to the other teens in the car in front of me. But tonight was the worst. Based on the conversations I was hearing, the person in front of me must also work there because it was all about scheduling, etc. I go because I work 3rd shift and it’s convenient. But the lack of customer awareness and speed of service has gone downhill steadily since it opened. And it’s always because the cashiers know the people in the car and they talk for 5 minutes even before taking their order….sometimes even longer. I liked this location but I can’t keep giving them 2nd, 3rd, and 4th chances. My time is more valuable. They used to use the tablets and walk the line taking orders. But I rarely see them do that now. It’s all about being social and not getting through the line. Chatting and working is fine but chatting, THEN working is not. And for gods sake, turn the music down. I shouldn’t have to scream my phone number.
