  Love this place but just request that if we order a chiller and the machine is broken where it has to be hand spun, can the customers be advised before hand? Hand spun isn’t the same and I’d rather just order a different drink. It’s no big deal. I just wanna know ahead of time before ordering a chiller if the machine is broken or down.

  Our barista was fabulous, he’s always so friendly and happy 😊. Engaged in conversation, smiled, pleasant aura!

  I went through with my friend today and we had a very nasty worker deal with us. me and my friend ordered our drinks and it took a while for them to get out to us besides it being practically empty but besides the point she got her drink that had white chocolate in it and there was several ounces of white chocolate at the bottom not mixed in so we went back through to ask if they could just mix it up for us and when they came back out the girl shoved the drink into my friend’s hand and when my friend said thank you trying to be very nice she responded nicely with a very short and a very heavy attitude saying “yep.” we could also see them clearly talking about us inside whenever she brought the drink to her. The entire interaction we were being very kind and sweet and trying to be understanding and we were just met with rudeness.

  I’m really disappointed with my experience this morning around 6:30 AM. There’s a newer employee I’ve noticed working there who is shorter and has brownish hair. While I was waiting for my drink, she didn’t acknowledge me or speak to me at all and was just standing inside. That honestly caught me off guard because I’ve never had that happen when coming here before. The customer service usually feels much more friendly and welcoming. My blended coffee also wasn’t made like it normally is, which was frustrating. The old workers from a couple months ago were way better, much friendlier and more consistent. Every time I come in and this employee is there, the experience seems to go downhill. I’ve even noticed the other workers seem uncomfortable around her, which makes the atmosphere feel awkward. I really miss the old crew and the way this location used to be. Hopefully management takes the feedback seriously and considers bringing some of the old workers back or bringing in new staff who are more welcoming and customer focused. I’ll still be returning because I do enjoy 7 Brew, but I really hope things improve moving forward.
