  This by far has to be one of the worst taco bells in the country. Ordered a crunchwrap at 630pm on 7/6/26 and simply asked for no cheese, extra lettuce. What I got was a paper thin, with barely any lettuce, unfolded piece of slop. Employees at this location put zero effort in. I could find 15 year old that could do better. Opening this location has been a complete failure from the start, general manager should honestly be ashamed.

  Doordashing here at night is a nightmare. Please staff more ppl. I hope you are paying the two ppl you have after midnight to do 5 peoples jobs.

  The people who work here dont care. Their lobby hours are whenever they want, the website and google hours dont matter so if you walk or bike dont even bother because they would rather let your food sit on the pick up counter and go bad than consider letting you in to pick it up. Wont even answer the door to see why youre there. What are your lobby hours exactly?

  We have been going here because of the location. Unfortunately we have had many issues. They didn't take cash. I'm sorry but our US money should be just as good as a debit card. Many problems are based on the lack of staff and staff training. Couple of times we went and we waited only to be told they didn't have the staff to make our food. Then you shouldn't be open. This is unfair to your employees who are getting yelled for not having staff and the mess ups. Not to mention it can't be safe. This is also a inconvenience to the consumers. You need to better or close it down.
