    I have praised this location on multiple occasions. I called today about a refund for an issue and the girl I spoke with said she was a manager. Asked about refund and why it hadn’t been resolved. She wouldn’t give her name so I could have the appropriate info needed for a bank credit - I AM DONE WITH JIMMY JOHNS. I used to deliver to these people. Not sure what happened,or if management changed but NEVER AGAIN! Terrible experience at my last visit. Go to Scotts subs/Jersey Mikes/Erbert and Gerberts. Service has also become super slow.

    Y'all suck, I tried to get a plain chicken sandwich, the man could not comprehend. You don't want anything on it. I said no im allergic. Just shredded chicken on white bread toasted. Dude said we don't have that. I said ill pay for it, he just refused to make me a plain sandwich. What is wrong with you people? I shouldn't have to explain my allergies to a sandwich maker, I shouldn't be questioned about what I want or refused. Your two people could not understand. He said no mayonnaise? I adjed if I could read the ingredients, he said its mayonnaise, that's the ingredients. Its made with corn syrup and I'm allergic, why cant I get shredded chicken on white bread. It's that or dont eat. I'm alpha gal position, severe corn allergy, and I have diverticulitis, I CAN ONLY EAT BREAD AND CHICKEN, WHT DID YOU REFUSE SERVICE TO ME? 10/01/25 720PM.

    Worst JJ'S in the valley. I've gone a few times hoping for a better experience, but every time it's the same - modifications are ignored, there's barely any veg or sauce, and it takes FOREVER to get your food. Don't waste your time, you're better off driving to Appleton

    I have tried way to many times to like this place. The customer service is worse then one star. I just dont understand how they can still be in business after the crap food and service. You want a quick sandwich dont go there. 20 minutes in line! 20 minutes to get one sub. Dont bother going on your lunch break. I wont be back

    If I were you don’t come to this location they are infested with bee’s, flies and aunts… and they do absolutely nothing about it but put fly traps up in the store… not to mention there veggies are supposed to be fresh daily and they prep veggies from the night before… save yourself the trip and go to the next location 🫤
