  My wife and I stopped by today and the place was swamped in orders before 11:00am. The manager and staff were hustling, kind and attentive. The manager at the store took a little extra time to make our day and it stood out. Thank you!

  Seriously what and why?? Why would you dump crouton dust and fill my entire sub with it why who thought that was a good idea to send my sub out like that

  Hi, Im Ms. Planet, a naturalist teacher and professional nature photographer. I love naturing in Kaukauna and I often get hungry after my adventures. I love swinging into this Jimmy John's not just because the sandwiches are great but also because the people that work here are the nicest staff I've ever met, like, every single one of them smiling at me and welcoming me into the space, and it feels sooooo genuine. I don't even want to try other restaurants in Kaukauna that I'm sure likely also have great food, because I want to end my perfect adventure with the kind of kindness that gives me hope in a better society, like what I experience here. Consider me a lifelong customer if you keep giving your staff a reason to love being at their job this much. Only well treated staff act like this.

  4/18/26 1:00 I went in the restaurant for a sub to go. I was told they were to busy to take any orders. That's the second time. I will never be back.
