- MPMarco PoloApr 29, 20261.0Worst customer service in town. The guy behind the line needs put a smile on his face. They are so focused on making online orders that they forget their customer service skills for people standing in front of them. I was ignored and never greeted. So I stood there for a few minutes before walking out and going to the HyVee food court.
- MRMichael RestApr 27, 20261.0Very poor customer service. Upon arrival the employee was finishing up an order for a customer in line. He then proceeded to make multiple online orders. I asked if he could take my order and he said one minute and proceeded to make more online orders. I decided to leave without placing an order. I waa okay with 2 orders being made, but when he continues to ignore me for the online orders, I became irritated and left. As I was leaving, I asked to speak with the manager and was pointed to an employee who was cleaning tables. I told her the issue and she just looked at me and said nothing. She didn't offer to make my meal and honestly didn't care that I was leaving to go across the street to another restaurant where I was able to place my order without interrupting the employees rhythms or day. A little customer service goes a long way as does COMMUNICATION!! It seemed like I was a distraction to their day

I knew it would be a wait since it was national burrito day and it was bogo Soo the place was packed, line almost out the door, tornado alarms going off, hail. All the team members kept it together and rocked it out, and my food was delicious! Thank you for all your hard work, keep it up!
