We had a really disappointing interaction at this location today, especially considering the amount of business we recently gave this store. We placed a catering order on July 29th that was around $6,000. We were told that if we returned the wire racks from the catering order, we would receive free entrée vouchers based on the number of racks returned. We returned 30 wire racks. At the time, the store only had 7 vouchers available, so we were given those and told the remaining 23 vouchers would be mailed to us and should arrive within about a week. The 7 vouchers we received were actually about two years expired, but when we asked about that today, we were told the expiration dates didn’t matter and they would still be okay to use. Since it has now been a week and we still haven’t received the other 23 vouchers, three of us came into the store simply trying to get an update or some clarification. What really bothered us was the way we were treated when we asked. The employe in the purple shirt with short hair and glasses came across as extremely dismissive and hostile, as if we were bothering them just by asking about something we had been promised. We got a short response basically saying they should be in the mail, and then they just walked away without asking if we had any other questions or making any effort to help resolve the situation. The whole interaction honestly caught all three of us off guard. The blonde employee was the only person who actually took the time to answer our questions and was much more helpful, which we appreciated. The employee at the register was helping customers in line, so I understand why he wasn’t able to assist us at that moment. I’ve worked in the food industry myself, so I completely understand being busy, stressed, or having other customers to take care of. But the store wasn’t particularly busy, and regardless, there’s a basic way to communicate with customers without making them feel like they’re an annoyance especially when they’re politely trying to follow up on something the store promised them after a $6,000 catering order. We weren’t asking for anything extra. We were simply trying to figure out what happened to the remaining 23 entrée vouchers we were told we would receive. A little communication and basic courtesy would’ve made this an entirely different interaction.

Please, please toast the quesadilla longer. I ordered cheese -crusted, hoping that would make it crispier. Instead, the cheese was barely melted. Then the slices were piled on top of one another in the container so that I essentially received a Mexican casserole.

Employees are not trained well! I came in and got 3 bowls for me and my family and Megan was trying to make all 3 of the bowls at the same time and was confusing me and even herself! Megan forgot the meat in 2 out of 1 bowls!! When I got rung up Megan didn’t even know anything she put on the bowl when the cashier asked what kind of meat she used. She was quick to try and do all 3 bowls and there wasn’t even a rush so I’m confused on what the rush was? I’m never one to complain about an employees work esthetic but this is insane

Honestly, food was okay at best. Service was decent, fast. Until two of the employees were talking about our group "They look like..." and then trailing off. Gross behavior. First time eating qdoba and that environment definitely isnt the environment anyone wants to go too. Had high hopes the whole time until that moment. Completely ruined the vibe and trust in customers. Ive worked customer service and I get it. However, we were respectful, didnt say anything rude, and quite frankly did nothing that warranted staff making remarks. Atleast wait until the customer you're dissing is out of the building. No name tags so I cant name either of the staff members, but honestly horrible practice. Miserable behavior.

Took my boyfriend with me after years of not visiting. Wanted to try again, lady was rude at the front desk saying I was supposed to order chips and cheese down the line not at the checkout. Pointed to the sign and said next time order on the line. Rude as hell. There will never be a next time. Poor service from teenaged girls working.
