  The Pontiac location was bought out. Now they raise the price of their pop to 2.10 for a large Seriously. I suggest you go to Kwik Trip get the 52 ounce size Cup. Go back with the same cup for refills. Get more bang for your buck after 10 visits you can get a free refill. Not sure why this McDonald's needs the Get Rich Quick attitude. Won't go back until they get realistic with their pop prices. Yes it seems all Dons have different prices I guess I felt these folks gave a crap about their customers and their employees.

  Use to be the better McDonald's in Janesville, it has steadily declined. Must be new owners or something because they've started charging for everything and the quality has plummeted to go with those extra charges. 6000 points you cant even get a cheeseburger happy meal its a hamburger they charge you to add cheese, they force you to get milk or you'll he charged for a drink also. They forgot napkins constantly and took all the napkin dispenser out must have cost the owner to much if someone took to many napkins. They charge for every thing now you wanna add onion or anything extra charge you want mayonnaise or say extra ketchup extra charge, but if I request to remove all the items and make it plain I dont save money weird how it only works that way in their favor. Food is never fresh always taste old and stale go somewhere else you'll get more value then here.

  Lately this Mcdonalds have been giving me meals that have been missing food that I have ordered in the drive thru and same for door dash orders. So far out of 5 door dash orders I made every time I'd be missing food. I don't go there to complain about my missing food from door dash due to not wanting to complain to someone and not want to go anywhere. Also lately the drive thru orders have also been missing food. This is the only mcdonalds I like going to due to the other mcdonalds being really slow for the drive thru for one person in the drive thru. I feel that maybe better training should be made or a better process to handle food more accurately.

  The manager is a pompous little angry man who believes hands should only be washed when you go to the bathroom. Or not at all... His backline crew actively operates with 1 pair of gloves on the whole shift, I'm left to imagine, as I witnessed several of their sandwich makers doing various other tasks in between making the public their food... Actively sreading germs and disease from cooler doors, shelving units, boxes and bags to bun... I wouldn't be surprised if they sweep the floors with the same gloves they use to make our food. Which is sad, bc I ended up waiting 15 minutes to receive an old Crispy Chicken Sandwich I paid almost $10 for. And was treated rudely when I observed someones grandma far from home open the wall in cooler, grab several items and walk back, just to start touching food we eat. Totally disgusting and I would love to say this will be my last time, but I know one managers mess up does not make the whole company suck. But these McDonald's aren't run by the run of the mill people anymore so... I guess their slogan should be SUCKS TO SUCK. Pompous little angry guy with the glasses and the pep in his step better be more aware of the food safety rules. Bc I bet many people have gotten sick under his "watchful eye"

  This place changed…. It used to be our to go place few years ago to eat something quick, but very disappointed. They messed my order up. My Son had 2 Mcchickens and one of them didn’t even had a chicken in the sandwich and glad we didn’t took the drive thru. And when he was being brave to get it fixed the guy give him a look like what? Maybe thinking that my Son at first lied and ate it but our food just came out to our table and he’s an honest young man. And they had my burger way too greasy only had only couple bites made my stomach turned. Fries were cold too. Then twice I had to remind them that I ordered 10 pieces of chicken nuggets for my other sons. Glad they fixed that finally. Anyways very disappointing…. It was busy time of the day and they were lucky I didn’t freaked out more, I’m a laid back person and I just won’t be coming back. I’ll stick to Culver’s better food there. Peace!
