    Don't know how to say this, but you guys sucks, seriously! I hadn't been to Jimmy Johns in years, but was convinced to give it a go today. The staff was rude, screwed up my order..so I ordered a #15, toasted, no lettuce, add onion combo & another #3Totally tuna sandwich. Screwing up orders happens, but I was friendly to a rude gentleman who didn't help the ordering process, a lot of huh...what & not listening. I paid cash, even that wasn't easy...he had trouble counting. Anyway, once order, the order came quick, sat down & yep lettuce on my toasted sandwich, I let them know to remake it...instead just pulled off the lettuce & reheated it I ate several bits but I eat slow, I have swallowing issues, so I open it as I do toasted cheese, tuna all had bits of lettuce stuck, I only ate half & walked out. How hard would it have been to remake it, no lettuce? What if I had an allergy, just bad business. Makes me angry & frustrated. .just fyi before you go!

    Living up to the slogan! Freaky Fast!, Freaky Good! I had the Italian style sub and it was great! Staff are very friendly, very efficient and all around on point! Definitely making this my new spot for lunch.

    I hadn't been to a JJ for a min and neither had my mom. We took a little while to figure out what we wanted. I figured it out and the guy had all my order ready before we even paid. They are Quick, kind even when u take a sec, and it's all very clean.

    My experience at Jimmy John’s was disappointing from the moment we arrived. Before we even got out of our car, an employee who was walking to clean the front door noticed us, visibly rolled his eyes, and turned around to head back behind the counter to take our order as if our arrival was an inconvenience. The customer service never improved from there. There was no greeting, no “How can I help you?”, no suggestions or upsell, and no attempt to make us feel welcome. After placing my order, I wasn’t given a receipt, wasn’t thanked, and was never acknowledged again during my visit. Meanwhile, two other employees were preparing sandwiches and meats but seemed much more engaged in their personal conversation than providing a positive customer experience. The entire interaction felt indifferent and unprofessional. I understand everyone has off days, but basic courtesy and acknowledgment are fundamental parts of customer service. Unfortunately, this visit left me feeling like my business wasn’t valued, and that’s not an experience I expect from any restaurant.
