- THT HesselbergSep 18, 20265.0They were quick. Two subs, chips and a Dr. Pepper. I had not tasted a soda for months. It was so good and the sub was even better. I had the Hunter sub. Shared a few bites with the dog in the back of the Pilot. Let me say this, the soda was my wife's, so I ordered one later at a Culvers and it was terribly low in flavor as if they watered it down or some less ratio maybe. Jimmy Johns experience was way better for 23 bucks than our 15 dollar order at culvers. Go to Jimmy John's!

The staff was rude, screwed up my order..so I ordered a #15, toasted, no lettuce, add onion combo & another #3Totally tuna sandwich. Screwing up orders happens, but I was friendly to a rude gentleman who didn't help the ordering process, a lot of huh...what & not listening. I paid cash, even that wasn't easy...he had trouble counting. Anyway, once order, the order came quick, sat down & yep lettuce on my toasted sandwich, I let them know to remake it...instead just pulled off the lettuce & reheated it I ate several bits but I eat slow, I have swallowing issues, so I open it as I do toasted cheese, tuna all had bits of lettuce stuck, I only ate half & walked out. How hard would it have been to remake it, no lettuce? What if I had an allergy, just bad business. Makes me angry & frustrated. .just fyi before you go!
