In my hot caramel craze, it tasted like nothing but creamer, it's like whoever made it only put in the Creamer and the milk, but completely left out the coffee and espresso. Thanks for wasting my money
- KCKristal ChristensenSep 19, 20261.0I placed an order for a wedding. It was over $200. Apparently the person who took the order had writing the was illegible. So, instead of calling to find out what the date was, it was ignored and never filled. When my friend went to pick the order up, it wasn’t ready. My daughter and her fiancé wanted donuts as their dessert for the wedding. This was the only plan for dessert. The manager was down right mean to my friend. There were at least 7 employees there and the manager wouldn’t acknowledge the mistake, didn’t offer to do anything to make it right. When my friend insisted to be acknowledged she continued to be rude. My friend called me and I overheard some of it. I was appalled. Since my friend wasn’t getting anywhere, I asked to talk with the manager. She said she was busy and had other customers and she’d talk to me if she put me on speaker and she could talk and work. How unprofessional! Have your 6 other staff work and maybe help out the customer with a $200 order whose dessert at her daughter’s wedding is on the line. She finally spoke to me, we figured out a solution, never apologized, and when I asked for a discount for the trouble, she said she’d give me 10%. The donuts were frosted too soon, so even though it was a cool day, the frosting was melting off the donuts. We had to throw 3/4 of them away. I’m about as unimpressed as I can possibly be and disgusted with the service, please do not EVER visit this store - and maybe the company - if this is how the employees are allowed to treat people. It wasn’t only the manager either. The girl that finally checked my friend out was also very rude. It seems to be the culture at this establishment.

The frozen coffee machine is always down(like everyday and especially during promos). I call the store in the morning and no one answers, when I arrive at the store everyones talking and standing there doing nothing. This store is a mess , managements got to do something about it.

I ordered a toasted sesame bagel with veggie cream cheese and they gave me a cinnamon raisin bagel with veggie cream cheese. My husband went inside and ordered another toasted sesame bagel with veggie cream cheese and they gave him an everything bagel with veggie cream cheese(but the receipt says sesame bagel). I ended up going somewhere else to get breakfast. So disappointing.
