  We’re out of eggs so we could order almost nothing on the food menu except hash browns. We got hash browns but they’re small and burnt. Sugary coffee drinks tasted alright.

  This place has gotten worse. The doors are locked at 7:30 in the morning (they're in there). Take your order at the register and take your money, only to issue a refund because they're out of the product, (happened on several occasions). Then they call someone to issue a refund because they don't know what they're doing. Pure incompetence!

  I had a really disappointing experience at this Dunkin’ location on Center Ave. I pulled into the drive-thru and ended up waiting about five minutes even though there was no one else in line. I even said “hello” a couple of times just to check if anyone was there before finally getting a response. I placed a very simple order—just one item—so I expected things to go smoothly from there. Unfortunately, it only got worse. When I pulled up to the window and paid, the employee handed me my change by basically sprinkling it into my hand, causing several coins to fall between my car and the drive-thru window. It felt careless and disrespectful. At that point, I was frustrated and told the employee to work on their attitude and customer service skills. Having spent years working as a barista and in customer service myself, I know how important it is to treat customers with basic respect. This interaction didn’t meet even the most basic expectations. To be honest, the employee’s behavior came across as very unprofessional and erratic, and it made me question whether they were fully present or fit to be working at the time. Overall, this was a poor experience from start to finish. I hope management takes steps to improve both attentiveness and professionalism at this location.

  The food and coffee is alright. But the service could be way better. I’ve gone to this dunkin since like high school and they have never had their shit together once. They either have had experiences with employees and bad attitudes in the past. But they are also the only dunkin I’ve been to that is basically out of anything that you ask for from milk, sparkling water, seasoning for the bacon, oat milk, etc. And when we asked for a croissant egg sandwich we got a bagel. 🤷🏻‍♀️
