Honestly dissatisfied with the interaction with the customer. When it was my turn to order same as well made it uncomfortable and was charged for my meal - nurse appreciation day or week - clearly had my badge on didn’t bother to ask. Didn’t bother me as much but mostly the interaction. I asked another employee for assistance and they corrected the mistake and apologized. I wish they’d would’ve apologized with the customer before me. Suggestion would be make it a easier order process for Spanish speaking customers.
- BKBrittni KreifelsApr 23, 20261.0Had an horrific experience at this chick-fil-a , I’d been on the road for 12 hours straight and just wanted to sit down for a few minutes before going on the road again, or finding some where to stay… but when I got my food my waffle fries came cold, I didn’t even get my drink right away like at any other chick fil a , then when I showed my receipt to prove I payed for one the girl kept ignoring me. I got my food 5 minutes after I ordered… but I had to wait 15 minutes for my drink after I asked 3 times. Very disappointed with the quality of food and I know she did something to my drink, because it didn’t taste good or look right. After that I was not going to stay in that town. So I drove another 4 hours home. Do better people. 🤬😡🤯🫡🫨🫠
- AWAdam WorrellApr 18, 20261.0I tried going through the drive thru this morning and they just stood there pretending i wasn’t there while i waited for someone to at least have the courtesy to turn me away. It’s 7:30 am, an hour after they are supposed to open. At the very least don't waste other people’s time.
