  Thank you to the Drive thru lady (Janesville, WI location) who helped me immensely today with my pregnancy craving for Arby’s roast beef and Arby’s sauce. It was a Great belly laugh and Amazing customer service! 🥰 I wish I would’ve gotten her name, but she definitely put a huge smile on this pregnant lady’s face!! Thank you so very much

  Do not order the Arby's Cheessteak. It looks nothing like the picture and is a sloppy gross mess. Cut in half through the foil paper wrap. Paper was in the sandwich and added to the disgusting mess which cost $9. Crispy chicken sandwich way overcooked. Avoid Janesville, WI Arby's.

  The curly fries were the opposite of fresh and my chicken mini slider reminded me of a hockey puck. Quite disappointing considering I spent 45.00. I guess I should have checked all the food before I left the parking lot. I really used to like Arby's. The lady taking my order was a rock star though. That's the only reason I allowed 2 stars.

  The new $7.99 box is a great deal and I appreciate that I can get potato cakes! Food is good. Bathrooms need updated, but they are clean and serviceable.
