Absolutely phenomenal, but you have to eat them hot. Don't let them sit. Five Guys never misses and it's always worth the trip

While traveling, I stopped at this location and placed a simple order: a single burger with no cheese, just ketchup and mustard, along with a plain order of fries. Unfortunately, my order came out incorrect—a double burger with cheese and Cajun fries instead of plain. I personally don’t eat cheese, and the Cajun seasoning was too spicy for me to enjoy. In addition, I was never given a receipt or order number. This led to confusion, as staff repeatedly brought out different orders and asked if they were mine. It created unnecessary back-and-forth that could have easily been avoided with a standard receipt and number system. I understand mistakes can happen, especially when traveling and visiting a new location, but this experience didn’t reflect the consistency I’ve come to expect. I hope this feedback helps improve the process for future customers.
