  I’ve been ordering one sub and one sub only for about two years now and the last time I ordered they sent me a sub that I didn’t even order and when I called to complain they sent me a survey instead of making good on my order. I threw away my menu and will never order from them again!! And it’s not the first time they screwed up my order but it’s definitely the last.

  Every time I order ahead, my order is never ready when I arrive. Even when the store is completely dead and I've already waited 15–25 minutes after placing my order, I still end up standing there another 5–10 minutes waiting for my food. What's the point of ordering in advance if the order isn't ready when I get there? For a company that advertises "Freaky Fast" and has plenty of employees standing around, customers shouldn't have to wait an extra 10–15 minutes after they've already given you advance notice. Ordering ahead is supposed to save time, not add more waiting.
