- MGMarilee GoldstonOct 16, 20261.0Took 1.5 hours to get delivered, and it didn’t even have the bacon I paid for on it, nor was my sandwich cut. When I called to ask where my food was after an hour, was told they were waiting on a driver to get back. Here’s an idea: If it takes an hour and half to make a delivery 2 miles away, hire more drivers. Some of us don’t have a two hour lunch break.

I ordered pickup and it was ready very quickly, but we all experienced rushed and bad quality. I LOVE jimmy john’s, but this was actually so baaaad.
