- M2Mrs 231 day ago2.0I drove up to lane 2. They seemed to be in a dispute with the car in lane 1. Right away I got the stupid recording "will you be using the McDonalds app today?" I said no and the real person came on and said she would be with me soon. I waited and waited and waited while they were talking to lane 1. Finally that car drove forward. I was left sitting there while a red pickup drove up to lane 1 and was immediately waited on and taken their order. I made it known that I was not happy. She said there was 2 people taking orders and mine was busy. WHAT? One person isn't capable of alternating between the 2 lanes to take their orders? Who is running this clown show? My turn, your turn, my turn, my turn, your turn, my turn, my turn, my turn, maybe your turn. They said they would do nothing about it. While I was waiting to pay, the car that was behind me was treated the same way with Lane 1 getting all the orders and lane 2 being ignored. They ended up driving away without ordering. This same McDonalds also has everyone pulling ahead to wait for their order when it is not even busy. No one in the dining area. Better get their act together. Summer is coming. Checked my food when I finally got it and it had been slapped together. Burger cold, cheese not melted.
