  I ordered from the drive thru, and a worker acted like she didn't even want to reach out of the window to hand me my change or my sub. This was after I had even moved my car even closer to the window. No need for me to return, there are too many other options where businesses know how to treat you.

  I came here tonight 6/8, we arrive a little before close, I noticed the gentleman wearing pajama pants, and a green ish hat, he rolled his eyes, and mouthed are you kidding to his partner next to him. We then decided to just make it quick through the drive through, and this gentleman had a very bad attitude throughout the whole line. My issue is not about the attitude anymore, it’s the fact that anyone could be coming in late for a specific reason. It kind of sucked!

  The sandwiches were great and the customer service was excellent. This is definitely one of the best locations. The staff was friendly, and everything was made quickly and tasted fresh. I will definitely be coming back.

  The food is excellent! Probably the best cookies I've had at any place with a drive thru. The only reason I don't give 5 stars is because you close at 9 PM. Even on Friday and Saturday. Take a look sometime at the lines late at night on the weekend. You're missing out on 2-3 more hours of service. It would be nice to have a fourth late night drive thru option in Hartford!
