  I have ordered from here a few times now and every time has been great they have fantastic Pizza as well as the chicken! Today I ordered a cheese steak sandwich and my favorite cheese bread and it lived up to the reputation they have. I highly recommend Gino's!

  In a mission to find a decent meatball sandwich in the area, my husband and I ordered delivery a few months back. Very good sandwich, could have used a bit more sauce but otherwise one of the better meatball sandwiches I've had in some time. We were very impressed and told many people how good it was and how disappointed we were we hadn't tried Ginos sooner. Saturday night we had life happening and found ourselves without a dinner plan and too tired to venture out. My husband called as the app didn't seem to be working. Maybe user error?? Anyway, he specifically asked if delivery orders were being taken and was told yes. The employee took the order, my husband's name, phone number and address and said it would arrive within the hour. Great!!! Until an hour and 20 minutes later when my husband called to check on the status only to be told Ginos doesn't deliver to our address and that we would have to pick it up. Ummm...why would we have not been told that when placing the delivery order? Was our order just sitting there? For how long? If we had known in placing the order we had to pick it up, as much as we didn't want to venture out, we would have but instead we sat home waiting for something that wasn't coming. Just glad we called to find out we needed a very fast plan B. Disappointing 😞 Edited to add that Ginos called with apology and offered to make it right. Looking forward to giving it another try.
