- JJJojoMay 5, 20261.0This is the worst location for Dunkin. Never once did I leave here satisfied. It’s always something. Rather the service was horrible or the drink tasted nasty. The employees here are extremely rude and have the worst customer service. I don’t know how they are still open. I would rather drive an extra 10 minutes and go to another location. But instead of that, I found some other coffee places that are way better. Local businesses are better than these franchises that don’t care about you. All they care about is your money. I can go on and on for this location, but I won’t be back. Don’t recommend! Stay away.

Whenever I get donuts, they are "slam-dunked" into the bag and the icing is melting all over the place and day-old stale tasting. Maybe that's what they mean by "Dunkin'?" The staff are usually pretty nice and efficient, but a basic level of care/service when it comes to the food is just not there. Go to the Dunkin' on Cold Spring or by Home Depot - those are scores better than this Dunkin'.

- MPMatty PJan 24, 20261.0Asked for a jamoca ice cream flavord milk shake, was handed what seemed to be the consistency and color of milk in a cup took one sip and it was just that, tossed it in front of them and walked right out. It was 8 dollars btw 😬
